InitLive is looking for a motivated and hardworking Customer Success Representative to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Global Sales, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in high-tech while gaining valuable insight into other aspects of the business including Sales and Marketing. A Customer Success Representative will play a valuable role in the growth of our company and is a key role within our team.

Responsibilities

  • Dealing directly with customers either by telephone, electronically, or face-to-face

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries through email, chat, or phone

  • New customer on-boarding

  • Hosting customer demos

  • Attending trade shows

  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries

  • Setting up and managing new customer accounts

  • Organizing workflows to meet customer timeframes

  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Maintaining the customer database

  • Increasing customer renewal and retention rates

Education & Experience

  • University or College Degree

  • Customer service experience, tech savviness and previous use of a CRM tool an asset

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

  • Must be eligible to work in Canada, and be located in Ottawa, ON, Canada.
