The cost for this level support is a one-time fee of $499 USD:

•  A designated Customer Success Representative’s phone number & email address.

•  Two (2) 30 minute training session for you and your management team.

•  One (1) 30 minute app training session.

•  One (1) 30 minute virtual training session with staff/volunteers.

•  Package of Email templates and infographics for staff/volunteer messaging.

•  A review of the system prior to volunteer/staff sign up.

•  Event Day telephone support (8:00am to 10:00pm EST).

•  Regular chat support on the website.

•  Access to training videos and How-to pages on the website.
