InitLive is proud to join an international network of companies that meet the highest verified standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability to all of their stakeholders.
As a technology company providing staff and volunteer management solutions to nonprofits, corporations, and the events sector, InitLive has seen firsthand how organizations can make a huge positive impact in a community and the world. InitLive began its journey to becoming a Certified B Corporation in early 2020 after being inspired by the amazing work that its customers and their volunteers do to make the world a better place.

As a Certified B Corporation, InitLive changed its articles of incorporation to consider the impact of its decisions on its workers, customers, suppliers, community, and the environment.
