"I am staffing schedules for our large 17,000+ attendee events in which we fly out our 250+ employees from headquarters to staff. There’s customer service and registration, working booths in exhibit halls, human directional, lunch support, filming, basically tons of different volunteer shifts and a lot of moving parts. When we discuss who we want to resemble as a company in terms of customer service, the answer is the level of support and consideration that Avery provides to us. Avery consistently reaches out pre and post event to see how everything went, what’s coming up next, if she can help in any way, and to update us on their road map. She listens to our post-event review and puts in enhancement requests and helps us come up with solutions with a smile! And all of this is without even mentioning the physical product, which works like a breeze! Entering shifts is easy, especially now with their new copy shifts feature (thank goodness!). You can categorize and color code shifts which is really helpful for admin purposes. As an event manager I love being able to see the entire schedule at all times at my fingertips, and EVERYONE loves having access to everyone’s contact info (which we as managers can do right from the schedule). As a volunteer, shift reminders are great to have, and it’s really easy to contact your manager from your schedule as well! The documents tab is also very useful to put in emergency procedures, guidelines, and venue layouts. They are also transparent with things they are working on (like being able to add and remove shifts from your phone) and seem to be a very responsive and proactive company."
