Do inactive volunteers count towards my service license?
No. Only active volunteers who sign up for opportunities count. You can archive inactive volunteers and keep their historical data for as long as you're signed up for our service. This is your data, and you can export this information upon termination of the service.
Do you help us get set up?
Yes! Everyone receives a free onboarding package that includes a roadmap, check-ins, and support during business hours ( 9 am to 5 pm, EST). Our five-star customer success team can have you up and running in as little as 7 - 10 days.
You can also get premium support for an additional fee.
How long do I have to sign up for?
We offer subscription terms of 1 year. You can optionally sign up for longer and receive additional discounts while ensuring your longer-term costs are fixed.
Can I have a free trial?
No. While some vendors offer this option, they also provide limited features and little guidance and support along the way. Our goal is to provide you with a great experience with the opportunity to evaluate the entire solution. You will receive full onboarding support from our team so you can effectively engage administrator and volunteer stakeholders.
